This was (I believe) my fully colored piece for February. Boom! is Catholic, so I was trying to mine some sainthood iconography for her, including a mushroom cloud for a halo-esque detail. This was my first time painting clouds in a long time, so I’m happy they came out as well as they did! For the folks keeping score at home, the flower crown has daisies (loyal love, gentleness, innocence), buttercup (childishness), crocus (youthful gladfulness, cheerfulness), and baby’s breath (innocence, pure of heart).
